Where a skillset of five (5) Units of Competencies don’t meet your skilling needs, TAM has the capacity to train the following five (5) FULL Qualifications to meet your further skilling needs:

1. BSB30415 – Certificate III in Business Administration

This qualification applies to a range of administrative roles in varied contexts. Individuals in these positions use some discretion and judgement and may provide technical advice and support to a team. Read more

2. BSB50215 – Diploma of Business

This qualification applies to individuals who either posses substantial experience and / or sound theoretical knowledge with various job titles including executive officers, program consultants and program coordinators. Individuals in these roles may possess substantial experience in a range of settings, but seek to further develop their skills across a wide range or business functions. Read more

3. BSB51415 – Diploma of Project Management

This qualification is for individuals who directly apply project management skills and knowledge in a variety of contexts across a range of industries. The developed Project Leadership and Management roles are responsible for achieving project objectives in a timely manner to specification and within budget. Read more

4. BSB51915 – Diploma of Leadership and Management

This qualification reflects the roles of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management in a variety of contexts across a range of industries. Individuals display attributes of initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others using communication skills to meet teams organisational and enterprise requirements. Individuals plan, display, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesis information from a variety of sources. Read more

5. BSB61215 – Advanced Diploma of Program Management

This qualification describes the role of individuals who apply specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in program management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts, It applies to individuals employed in the capacity of program managers, managing or directing a suite of projects (a program) to achieve organisational objectives.
