To become a building technician, you will need to have an excellent knowledge of building methods and materials. You will also need good communication skills and be able to work well as part of a team.
You will be able to display the ability to manage the quantity and quality of the output of other workers, contribute to the technical development of solutions to non – routine problems and apply your skills with management plans in the workplace.
