Subsidised Training
Certificate 3 Guarantee
The Certificate 3 Guarantee program provides eligible Queenslanders access to one subsidised training place, achieving their first post-school certificate III level qualification to gain a job or improve their employment status. Certificate III level qualifications are considered entry-level for employment in most industries, and are also the education level where significant employment and career benefits are realised by graduates. To be eligible for the Certificate 3 Guarantee program, you must:
- Be aged 15 years or above, and no longer at school
- Permanently reside in Queensland
- Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident (including humanitarian entrants), or a temporary resident with the necessary visa and work permits on the pathway to permanent residency
- Not hold, and not be enrolled in, a certificate III or higher-level qualification. This does not include qualifications completed at school and foundation skills training

CO-CONTRIBUTION FEES
The Queensland Government subsidises the cost of undertaking an approved Qualification however all eligible participants are required to pay a Co-contribution Fee. The following Co-contribution Fees may be paid by the student, on behalf of the student by the employer or a third party.

CONSTRUCTION SKILLS QUEENSLAND (CSQ)
CSQ supports the Queensland Building and Construction industry by providing funds for training and skills development. TAM is a funded provider delivering training and assessment services for employers and workers to assist skills development and trade recognition.
